I love them. That's my confession. Gtfo all those people who think it isn't original or creative. It is, as long as you can be creative inside your head. Sprites are a handicap, not a stolen work.

No matter what medium you use, you can put in as little or as much effort as you want. There are plenty of crap flash movies, and there are some very good sprite movies. Effort comes from the author, not the medium.
Sprites are just for failures. Seriously, Try making something actually worthy of being watched. I apologize for being so harsh but I'm sick and tired of sprite movies and you saying that they are original and creative is just pushing it. "as long as you can be creative inside your head", dumbest shit I read all year.

it's the STORYyyy i mean not all drawn flashes are necessarily original either, but originality is just one part of flash animation.
